A. McRae – Guest Contributor
A McRae was born and raised in Decatur, Georgia. She earned her B.A. in Journalism from Georgia State University. Growing up in east Atlanta and attending college downtown made her appreciate all that a major city could offer a girl. She knew she enjoyed entertainment and expression from a young age. Music, television, movies, dance, theatre, words, books and anything supporting the Arts spark her interest.
“I like to spend my time doing and finding activities that make me happy. I’m young and selfish. I like to laugh a lot so finding topics, people, places – anything really—that make me think or better myself is what’s most important right now. I like to ask questions – find new information and connect things. I like to be out-and-about…on the scene…and in-the-know. Funny enough, I also enjoy spending lots of quality time at home with family, friends, and loved ones. Really, my focus is to discover activities and people I truly enjoy, transform into a jack of multiple trades, and develop all those things into different careers.” — A. McRae
